Seasonal Volunteer Email Accounts
Seasonal volunteers have access to their @jaars.org account only while they are on-site at JAARS.
After HR is notified by a department manager that a seasonal volunteer has begun/ended their on-campus volunteer time, Tech Support then activates/suspends their @jaars.org account.
Upon returning the following season, their account is reactivated (or upon notification from the department that they aren't returning, their @jaars.org account is deleted.)
Options for 'staying connected with JAARS' could include visiting the JAARS website, subscribing to Partner Express and Prayerline, etc. Other department specific options might include creating/maintaining a tailored Shared Drive that includes home email addresses for your anticipated returning volunteers.
