Support for Personal Devices
You can use personal devices, like your mobile devices or home computers/laptops, to access your JAARS email if you set up and configure those devices yourself. JAARS technical support of email set-up and configuration is limited to JAARS issued computers only.
Below are instructions you need to set up those devices. If you are unsure of doing this, you can provide these instructions to the person who helps you with your home computer. For some of us, that person is a family member (child or grandchild), friend or neighbor. For others, we use a professional person or business to work on our home computers. If you don’t already have someone, you might try asking your Sunday school class or friends for a recommendation.
We highly recommend using the Gmail and Google Calendar apps on Android and iOS devices and the web interface on Windows and Mac computers.
