Chromebook not responding

1) Unplug everything from the Chromebook.

2) Unplug power cord from the wall.

3) Hold the Chromebook power button down for 20 seconds.

4) Plug everything back in.

5) Press power button & it should all light up.

Another tip, would be to press the brightness button on the Chromebook.

If the brightness button on the Chromebook is turned all the way down, the screen will be dark.
