Use Manager Code To Access IdP Profile
If you need to log in to your IdP Profile to update your 2SV (2-Step Verification) and none of your three available 2SV methods (e.g. Authenticator app; Yubi Key; Printable Codes) are working, you can have a 6 digit code sent to your supervisor as a fourth 2SV method to allow you to login to your profile. To effectively use this method, you should contact your supervisor to ensure they can send you the Manager Code they will receive via email. If they are Out Of Office, you may need to wait until they are available again to assist you.
Here is the procedure:

Click this link to Manage My Profile. Alternatively, you can click the Change My Password bookmark in your JAARS bookmarks folder in Chrome Browser to get to the screenshot below. Then click on the Manage My Profile link at the bottom.
- Enter your Username and Password.
- When asked for a 2SV method click on MORE OPTIONS and then I need help.
- You will then see the Recovery contact help pop-up. Click on SEND to have a temporary 2SV code sent to your JAARS supervisor.
- Your supervisor will receive an email and they can then send that code to you to enter in the next pop-up window.
