Direct add people to a Google Group
As a Manager or Owner of a Google Group, you may have permission to modify the Group's membership list.
- To add a member, follow this Help article.
- To remove a member, browse to the Group's member list (screenshot on the left, below) and find the member that you need to remove (screenshot on the right). Place you mouse over the user's profile image and click to put a check in the box to select them. The total count of how many profiles you have selected will be shown at the top. Then click on the Remove Member button (circle with a dash) in the upper right. You may be asked to confirm removal. If you make a mistake, you can always add the user's email later by following the Add a member instructions.
