Set Sharing of the image to Anyone with the link with Viewer permission.
Insert Image from Google Drive
Right-click on the image file in your Google Drive and click on Get Link.

In the Get link box that appears, copy and paste the long string of text that appear between the /d/ and /view text in the link as seen in the snapshot below. This is the File ID for the picture file you uploaded to your Google Drive. It is a unique string of letters, numbers, and symbols that Google creates for each file you store in your Drive app. Be sure to NOT include the / symbol when you copy the ID text.
Be sure that the Anyone with the link option is chosen.
Click Done.
Create a URL
Use the example below to paste the File ID that you copied earlier in these steps.
